Glasgow University Women’s Club (London)

Aims of GUWC

The aim of the club is to provide a varied social programme of interest to women graduates and alumnae of Glasgow University, resident in London and the South East.

The Club, which is non-denominational, spans a wide age range with many professions represented and meets six times a year.

Our last meeting was the Afternoon Tea on 3 February at the Gallery Mess in the Saatchi Gallery with 25 members and friends. It was a very cold and wet winter’s day but inside it was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent.Looking around, everyone seemed to be so busy chatting and catching up with old friends. It was a lovely start to our year.
